I have been using my android phone for almost three years now. Suddenly, I noticed one app start to crash repeatedly. Thinking something must went wrong. I restart the phone. A notification appear saying that my sd card (Sandisk class 4) is damage and need to be reformat. I restart my phone again and it is still the same.
Then I decided to read from my PC using card reader. Same thing happen. Need to reformat my sd card. Panic but try to stay calm. Take a deep breath.
After browsing several webpage and youtube, I try one solution that seems promising.
- open command prompt (window 10 - search > type cmd)
- type this chkdsk e: /f <Fixes errors on the disk>
- enter while pray to God "please let it back to normal"
after waiting for 10 minutes, the process is complete and my memory card is fixed.
